About this training experience
From 05 to 16 October 2026, Magna Skills successfully delivered a two-week professional capacity-building programme across two of Tanzania's most remarkable destinations: Arusha and Zanzibar.
The programme was expertly facilitated by Prof. Makhalu Francis Hasyo, whose practical insights, interactive discussions and professional guidance enriched the learning experience. Special appreciation goes to Rose Mosha, Magna Skills Training Coordinator, for her dedicated support in coordinating the training activities and ensuring a welcoming experience for our delegates.
Week One – Arusha, Tanzania
The first week focused on structured professional training, practical knowledge sharing and interactive learning sessions, creating opportunities for delegates to exchange experiences and strengthen their professional competencies.
Week Two – Zanzibar, Tanzania
The learning journey continued in Zanzibar, combining further professional development with networking, cultural experiences, excursions and certificate presentations. The island provided a memorable setting for delegates to connect, reflect and celebrate their achievements.
